Great British Bake Off 2014

So anyone who knows me can vouch for the fact that I am really terrible at keeping secrets! It is therefore with great pleasure that I am now finally able to reveal an amazing secret project we have been working on for the last 3 months.

We have had the honour of being commissioned to create 12 cakes for this series of The Great British Bake Off. Each contestant has been presented with a cake designed specifically for them with a realistic sugar model of themselves doing something that had happened in the tent. The cake was given to each contestant as present on the coming out show, The Extra Slice. Excited does not come close! Proud…an understatement!
