As well as learning how to flawlessly ice your cake you will also be taught traditional piping techniques including how to get the perfect piped dots and stripes and a simple yet effective technique called ‘brush embroidery’.
Once put together, the Sugar Flower Master Class will teach you all the techniques you will need to make delicate sugar flowers for all occasions. You will have access to all our professional tools, cutters and materials. Starting with simple sugar roses, our decorator will teach you how to apply this method to the more complex, constructed tropical flowers that are becoming ever more popular in cake designs.
